LAHORE: Lake City Holdings deal with Habib Rafiq

The Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, the premium land developers and Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd, the leading infrastructural and development company, signed an agreement on 16th September 2008 to develop phase III of Bella Vista of Lake City situated 13 km Raiwind Road.

This Phase of development comprises of 3,000 plots of one kanal each (500yds). The infrastructure of this project is envisaged to be completed in one year. The Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd have been having business relationship for last two years wherein 1500 plots of Bella Vista phase I and II have been developed to highest standards set by Lake City within the time frame of two years for which handing over for phase I are being commenced from Dec 2008.

Zahid Rafiq Director Habib Rafiq (Pvt) while commenting on the new contract of phase II showed highest esteem for Lake City Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd and termed the experience of working of both management teams as exemplary and highly commendable.

The CEO of The Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Gohar Ejaz, showed his total satisfaction of the works which were done by Habib Rafiq (Pvt) in its previous contract which has merited this decision to award this contract to Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd and also lauded the role of project management of Meinhardt in the completion of Phase I and II works on time.
