Lake City Lahore update

Dear Friends
I am in Lahore for a few day. Today I had the chance to visit Lake City Bella Vista phase-1. Development of phase-1 is in progress at fast pace. Office staff claims that it will be ready for possession by the end of June 2009 but In my opinion, it should be ready by the end of this year. Development standard is better than Bahria Town but the prices are also on the higher side. A lot of houses are under construction (Eden Lifestyle Homes). I could not see the houses due to the shortage of time but the location of the houses is very good. I shall post a few snaps also.
If any friend need some information about Lahore housing schemes, please let me know, I shall try to get the info.

I will highly appreciat if someone let me know about the future of Bani Gala housing scheme regarding is it under CDA or a private housing scheme.Secondly is it a good investment for future? thanks

I purchased a 3.1 marla lower portion house at edenabad house. Expected Delivery Date of house is Dec-2009.while the website shows 2010.Kindly confirm the delivery date if possible.kindly find information abt this house scheme whether this project is going on and will be completed on time at least completed.after 6 months

Pata karo koi masla about company to nahin hay.I come to know that the company is not completing the older projects while starting the new ones.

Pata karnay hay if edenhousing maskook ho gai hay.how can i withdraw my money from company which I spend on it.

Eden Developers is a well reputed organization, no fraud, very good development standard but their projects are always delayed, I doubt if they will be able to complete in 2010. I personally think that the area itself will take many years to become livable.
If you are concerned about your investment, you don’t have to worry but if you want to get possession in 2009, then you have to think about other options.

If edenabad scheme is delayed then I can also delay my instalment payment to eden housing.So Can you advise how can I pay delay while avoiding fine from eden housing.

Kindly refer to the terms and conditions on the back side of application form, you have to abide by the agreement, you have signed or accepted. These agreements are always in favor of the Developers and buyers find themselves helpless in case of such delays.

well as u all know eden city was one of their projects which is still in hanging. many effectees have joined together and meet regularly at the site. we host demonstration (at site, press club, eden owners homes) and doing all we can to bring this group to limelight as fraudsters. any who wants to join in this cause and donate some funds for filing case or anything else please be free to contatct on these nos. for more information.

I was wondering if some one will tell regarding Lake City Lahore.Whats the future of this development?? i heard they are advertising that they have already handed over 250 houses ...is that true...??
